Welland Hydrocolloid “Hyperflex®” with Manuka Honey
Hyperflex® hydrocolloid is composed of a special hydrocolloid formula that makes it particularly flexible and adaptable. It conforms very well to the various parastomal profiles, even where the stoma is badly positioned and difficult to fit, ensuring a perfect fit.

Manuka honey is a pure and natural honey that is produced by bees exclusively by extracting the nectar of the Manuka flower that grows in only one area of the world: a limited region of New Zealand. In all the products of the Aurum® line, the addition of “Medical Grade” Manuka honey to our Hyperflex® hydrocolloid guarantees maximum protection of the peristomal skin and can facilitate the healing process in case of skin irritation and damage.

Dual-Carb2® filter

On the brand new bags of the Aurum® line (with Manuka honey) there is a new generation of filters with an improved formulation of activated carbon for better filter performance over time and less ballooning effect (Dual-Carb2®).

Inspectionability

In the opaque versions, the new non-woven fabric with “split back” allows you to monitor the condition of the stoma at any time, without necessarily having to use a transparent bag.
