Wash your hands thoroughly - before and after use. If necessary, fold the package containing the saline solution before breaking it.
Without opening the sterile package, press the blister with sterile saline until the liquid reaches the catheter.
Rotate the package and wait 30 seconds, until the hydrophilic coating of the catheter has fully activated. You can hang the catheter during preparation using the adhesive on the back of the blister.

Open the package to a length of approximately 10 cm and remove the catheter by grasping the blue protective sheath.

Push the blue protective sheath towards the catheter tip. Thanks to the protective sheath it will be possible to manipulate the catheter and insert it into the urethra without direct contact with the hands.
