Important information about self-measurement

• Don't forget: self-measurement means Control, not diagnosis or treatment. Unusual values should always be discussed with your doctor. Under no circumstances should you change the dosages of any drug prescribed by your doctor.

• The heart rate display is not suitable for checking the rate of cardiac pacemakers!

• In cases of cardiac irregularity (arrhythmia), measurements made with this instrument should only be evaluated after consulting your doctor. Electromagnetic Interference: The device contains sensitive electronic components (Microcomputer). Therefore, avoid strong electric or electromagnetic fields in the immediate vicinity of the device (eg mobile phones, microwave ovens). These can cause a temporary lack of accuracy in the measurement.

Attention!

• Once the battery warning appears, the device is blocked until the batteries are replaced.

• Please use long life 1.5 V "AA" or alkaline batteries. The use of 1.2 V accumulators is not recommended.

• If the device is left unused for long periods, we recommend that you remove the batteries.

Functional check:

1. Press and hold the START / STOP button to test all display elements.

2. In case of correct operation, all segments of the display must appear.
