To keep gums and teeth healthy it is important to regularly remove plaque using toothbrushes and interdental cleaning, otherwise plaque can cause gum inflammation, tooth decay and bad breath. How to use
Chew the tablet after brushing your teeth. Rinse your mouth. Now you can clearly see where the plaque has not been removed. The red color indicates the new plaque, while the one present for over 12 hours is indicated with the color blurring evident where cleaning has failed repeatedly.
