Designed to remove eye makeup even waterproof mascara while soothing and hydrating the contours of the eye with an exclusive biphasic formula.

INDICATIONS

Shake before use to mix the two phases. Apply to a cotton ball and slide over lids and lashes. Repeat if necessary until all makeup is removed.
