Ingredients

Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds tit. 20% 5-hydroxy-tryptophan (5-HTP), Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis A. St.-Hil., leaves) extract, bitter orange (Citrusaurantium var. amara L., immature fruit) extract tit. 10% in synephrine; bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; caffeine anhydrous, sanguisorba (Sanguisorba officinalisL., root) ex., willow (Salix alba L., bark) ex. tit. 15% in salicin, covering (coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc, glycerol, iron oxides and hydroxides), chili pepper (Capsicum frutescens L., fruit) powder; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, chromium picolinate.

Yerba mate
It is a plant of the Aquifoliacee family native to South America with proven draining properties, stimulating lipid metabolism and useful for maintaining body weight balance. It is also recognized as having antioxidant and tonic properties in case of physical and mental tiredness.
Griffonia
It contributes to the management of the sense of hunger by increasing its latency time, with a consequent reduction in food intake.
Sanguisorba
It is a plant belonging to the rosaceae species. The administration of a 50% ethanolic extract in the animal model has been shown to favor the reduction of body weight, the weight of adipose tissue and the reduction in the accumulation of adipocyte triglycerides (cells that accumulate fat).
Capsaicin
It is a chemical compound present in chili pepper, which has shown anti-obesity effects, being able to induce a reduction in body weight, improve lipolysis in adipocytes, increase energy expenditure and the sense of satiety, reducing the desire to eat. The action of capsaicin may be linked to the activation of UCP uncoupling proteins responsible for the use of fat for heat production.
Bitter orange
It stimulates lipid metabolism and supports body weight balance, which is why it is considered a 'fat burner'.
Caffeine
It is an alkaloid present in more than 60 plant species, including coffee beans. Caffeine has been associated with a reduction in dietary intake and an increase in the use of lipids for energy production.
Chrome
It is a mineral involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It facilitates the action of insulin, improves glycemic control in diabetes and body composition, helping to maintain lean mass.
Willow
It helps fight the systemic inflammation typical of overweight and obesity.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to consult your doctor. If you are taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs, it is advisable to consult your doctor. It is recommended not to exceed an intake of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. The use of the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 12 years of age is not recommended. Consult your doctor before use if your cardiovascular conditions are not normal. The end of validity date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
