The limited-stretch compression system allows for effective treatment of venous vascular ulcer. The reduced flexibility of the tissue (stiffness) allows rapid decongestion of the affected extremities. In the acute phase, Rosidal sys can remain applied to the leg for up to seven days. Seamless protection with multifunction tubular bandage

The multifunctional tubular bandage is used in many different ways. It is used both for fixing dressings and padding material, as well as for skin protection under standard or synthetic plasters and compression dressings. Can be used for dermatological indications to protect ointment therapies. Its flexible properties also make it attractive from an economic point of view.

Its marked extensibility and seamless fit guarantee a comfortable fit that remains in place even in constant movement and without forming folds, regardless of the part of the body protected by the tubular bandage.

It has high economic advantages compared to disposable products thanks to the possibility of reusing padded and compressive bandages. Both the Rosidal Soft Bandage Pad and the RosidalK Limited Stretch Bandage are washable up to 50 times. The kit solution saves time during application and guarantees high therapeutic safety. The wasteful use of individual products is avoided.
