La Collina dei Fiori amaranth has antioxidant, purifying and digestive properties and is indicated for:

METHOD OF USE

Amaranth is used both for the preparation of first courses, soups and main courses such as burgers, croquettes and meatballs.
Amaranth does not require soaking and, after washing, it must be cooked in two parts of salted water. Requires a cooking time of 30 minutes. The amaranth should not be mixed and, after cooking, leave it to rest for 10 minutes to allow the beans to swell.
