What is Quinoa?

Quinoa is a sacred plant, de fi ned the Mother of all seeds, native to the Andes and belonging to the spinach family, its seeds are similar to millet and its flavor resembles that of walnuts. It is a natural source of fi bres, iron and proteins and minerals.

With Teff and Chia Flour
Teff is a cereal from Ethiopia, formerly used only by the nobles. Today, thanks to research, it has spread everywhere: it is easily digestible and rich in carbohydrates, fibers, calcium, potassium and iron. Chia seeds, grown in South America, are rich in calcium and essential fatty acids such as Omega 3 and Omega 6.
