Potato Starch is a white, very fine and impalpable powder obtained from the drying and subsequent grinding of potatoes, totally ODORLESS, tasteless and PARTICULARLY LIGHT. It is a gluten-free product, included in the AIC handbook.

It allows the creation of MORE SOFT AND LIGHTER SWEETS, improving flavor and quality and GUARANTEEING optimal LEAVENING AND SOFTNESS. It is ideal as a thickener for creams, but also hot chocolates and creams, avoiding the formation of lumps.
