Rehydrated potatoes (70%) (water, potato eyes), corn flour, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, flavor.

METHOD OF PRODUCTION
The product is made from a mixture of dehydrated potato eyes, soft wheat flour, water, flavoring. After the preliminary phase of kneading and cooking, the gnocchi are formed which are then packaged in a protective atmosphere, pasteurized, refrigerated, packaged and stored in the cold room at the time of shipment.
