Organic Corn Syrup

Obtained with the most recent method that uses purified enzymes to convert the starch of the cereal into simpler sugars. With this method, a malt richer in simple sugars than traditional malts is obtained and it is possible to produce syrups composed of a single grain, as there is no need to add barley.

Corn syrup is made by adding purified enzymes to cooked corn. The enzymes break down the starch molecules in the cereal into sweet maltose. From the following cooking and filtration a thick and very sweet syrup is obtained

Warnings
It may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soy, nuts and peanuts. The formation of a slight separation, crystallization or possible swelling of the cap is an indication of the naturalness of the product

Stir before use Ideal for sweetening and delicious to spread on bread and rusks.
