Sesame Cream

Tahini is a cream obtained from the simple grinding of sesame. It therefore contains all the nutritional richness of this seed. How to use

Ideal for spreading on bread, rusks or rice waffles. You can sweeten the preparation with cereal malt or honey, or make it salty with a few drops of soy sauce. It is also an ingredient suitable for the preparation of puddings and cakes.
