Seaweeds are an important component in a healthy, complete and balanced diet since they bring in particular a great wealth of mineral salts along with many other nutrients. They have been known and used as a health food for thousands of years all over the world. The Japanese algae that we offer are collected and processed according to traditional methods that preserve their flavor together with the nutrients. Arame algae are black in color. They are algae with a delicate flavor and require a very short cooking to be used as a side dish, in salads, etc.

Ingrediants

Arame seaweed (Eisenia bicyclis).

How to use

Wash and soak for about 10 minutes.
Cook 15 minutes, add to salads and vegetable dishes.
