HOW TO USE
Instructions for use: wash thoroughly and immerse in water with a little salt for 5 minutes. When hydrated it increases its dry weight by 4 times. Cook for about 35-40 minutes. Dulse are excellent both raw in salads, and cooked in soups, dressings or with vegetables. Recommended use: 3g per day per person.
