Cereal flakes are produced by softening the grain with a short steaming and then pressing it. Thanks to this process, they need a very short cooking or it is even enough to soak them. We offer a complete line of whole grain flakes in a protective atmosphere for better conservation.

How to use

To be used in drinks or vegetable yoghurt both for breakfast, alone or with the addition of fruit, or mixed with vegetables for a light meal. They do not require cooking, but only a few minutes of soaking before consuming them.
