Seaweeds are an important component in a healthy, complete and balanced diet since they bring in particular a great wealth of mineral salts along with many other nutrients. They have been known and used as a health food for thousands of years all over the world. The Japanese algae that we offer are collected and processed according to traditional methods that preserve their flavor together with the nutrients. Hijiki seaweed is dark green in color and grows on rocks. Soak for half an hour and cook for 20 minutes with water and shoyu, alone or with thinly sliced vegetables. Once cooked they are a delicious addition to salads

How to use

4 grams per person, once a week. Wash and soak for 10-15 minutes and rinse. Cook 10 minutes. Add to salads and raw or cooked vegetable dishes.)
