They have been known and used as a health food for thousands of years all over the world. The Japanese algae that we offer are collected and processed according to traditional methods that preserve their flavor together with the nutrients. The sheet nori algae are black in color and have a delicate flavor. Toast on one side and then cut into strips. they are used for the preparation of sushi.

How to use

Use them for Sushi, cereal rolls and vegetables.

They can also be eaten as a condiment: quickly pass the foil over the flame without burning it, chop it and add it to vegetable and cereal dishes.
