A complete line of Italian, wholemeal, white, round, long, carnaroli rice for risotto, exotic and fragrant thaibonnet.

Semi-wholemeal rice is only partially deprived of the bran and contains a more moderate amount of fiber

Warnings

It may contain traces of soy, cereals containing gluten, nuts and sesame.

How to use

Wash the rice and put 1 part of rice, 2 of water and a little salt in a pan. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 12-14 minutes. Season to taste with oil, soy sauce or gomasio. Ideal for risotto with mushrooms or vegetables and for rice croquettes.
