How to use:
to add to soups and broths at the end of cooking, without letting it boil.
Or add a spoonful of product to a little vinegar or lemon, for a sauce suitable for cooked vegetables and salads.
Do not add salt.

Characteristics:
food rich in proteins and vital enzymes.
The high percentage of barley, the steaming of the soy beans, the slow fermentation, give the product a delicate flavor, suitable for all seasons and all culinary preparations.
Not pasteurized; pasteurization inactivates the lactobacilli, making it lose a large part of its beneficial effect.
Wheat-free.

barley; soy; sea salt; water; koji (aspergillus oryzae).
