Thealoz Théa Ophthalmic Solution

THEALOZ is an aqueous ophthalmic solution, sterile, without preservatives, isotonic and pH neutral.

Its main ingredient is trehalose.
The chemical-physical characteristics of trehalose give it protective, antioxidant and moisturizing properties.
Trehalose also has membrane stabilizing properties, preventing protein denaturation and lipid degradation, as well as antioxidant properties.
THEALOZ is available in an ABAK multi-dose bottle. This innovative process allows the administration of drops through a filter membrane of 0.2 μm, which allows to avoid bacterial contamination of the solution.

When to use the product

THEALOZ is recommended in case of a sensation of dry eyes (discomfort, stinging pain, irritation) and eye fatigue caused by external factors such as wind, smoke, pollution, dust, dry heat, air conditioning, air travel, prolonged work in front of the screen Of computer...
Without preservatives, it can be used by contact lens wearers. Provides quick comfort throughout the day for contact lens wearers.

How to use

Product for ocular instillation.
Instill one drop in each eye, repeating the administration as needed throughout the day.
THEALOZ can be used when wearing contact lenses.
For a correct use of the product it is necessary to take some precautions:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before applying.
• Avoid contact of the eye or eyelids with the spout of the bottle, especially if you think you have an eye infection.
• Instill a drop in the lower conjunctival sac, stretching the lower eyelid down and looking up. Close the bottle after use.

The solution can be used for 12 weeks after opening the bottle. One bottle of THEALOZ contains at least 300 drops.

Warnings

• Do not use THEALOZ if you have a previous allergy to any of the ingredients.
• Rare occurrence of mild eye irritation has been observed.
• In case of breakage of the protection ring, do not use the product.
• Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the package.
• It is advisable to span the administration of two ocular products by 10 minutes.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Do not inject, do not ingest.
