This product is nothing more than a double wrap to be placed simultaneously on the back and shoulders to have a double relief effect. It can be put under other clothing, such as t-shirts or sweatshirts.
It is light and comfortable, being made up of extremely flexible gel beads, which adapt to the shape of your body.
It can be heated or frozen to relieve any type of muscle pain:
- cold: to treat sprains, inflammation, bruises, tears and post-work activities;
- hot: to treat muscle spasms, to warm the joints and for pre-work activities.

How to use
Apply to the skin for about 20 minutes, then remove and wait another 20 minutes. Reapply if necessary.
If using hot:
Place in the oven (preferably microwave) for the following time:
- 700 watts: 65 seconds;
- 1000 watts: 55 seconds;
- 1250 watts: 45 seconds.

If used cold, it must be left in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
