It can also be used while playing or working. To be used both hot and cold to soothe any type of pain. Relief comes about 20 minutes after use.
Consisting mainly of flexible gel beads, which comfortably adapt to the shape of your body.
Particularly suitable for ankle sprains, knee and elbow pain.
To be used cold for sprains, bruises, inflammation, muscle tears and post-work activities;
to be used hot to reduce pain caused by muscle spasms and to warm the joints.

How to use
Apply to the skin for a minimum of 20 minutes. Remove and wait another 20 minutes. Reapply for the same time if necessary.
To heat it up: put it in the oven (possibly in the microwave) for the following time:
- 700 watts: 40 seconds;
- 1000 watts: 35 seconds;
- 1250 watts: 30 seconds.

To cool it: leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
