Dosage

We recommend taking two GoENERGY tablets a day on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning as soon as you wake up; or, 1 tablet in the morning and another in the afternoon, unless otherwise advised by a doctor. It is important that the intake of NADH is continued for at least one month. On average, optimal efficacy is found after two to four weeks of continuous use.
