TIOCETILE ® Retard is a food supplement consisting of an association of alpha lipoic acid (thioptic acid), L-carnitine, vinegars! L-carnitine, L-glutamine, folic acid, chromium, selenium and vitamins , useful to fill nutritional deficiencies or the increased needs of these substances.

• Alpha lipoic acid (microencapsulated delayed release ALA MATRIS®) is the most important enzymatic cofactor within the Krebs cycle and the most powerful endogenous antioxidant; associated with the polyvitamin complex, of groups B and E, it represents a notable help in disorders connected to oxidative phenomena of an environmental, iatrogenic and alimentary nature.
• Carnitine has been shown to be an agonist of mitochondrial function, of growth and reparative factors (NGF) with antioxidant activity in neurons of the central and peripheral nervous system; it helps as a neuroprotective factor.
• Glutamine is an amino acid whose deficiency can lead to easy physical and mental exhaustion as it is essential for the metabolism of the nervous system.
