Description
Compression stocking for postoperative antithrombotic prophylaxis and internal bed rest.
The carefully controlled pressure on the tissue and veins promotes the return of venous blood to the extremities and improves lymphatic circulation. At the same time, the microcirculation and therefore the vascularization and drainage of the tissues are improved.
The product is intended for patients of any sex who have been prescribed a stocking for individual compression therapy by the competent doctor or qualified healthcare professional. The recipients also include categories of users of healthcare professions who apply the products on the patient.

Instructions for use
Use only in bedridden patients. To easily put on and take off the socks, we recommend wearing special gloves. Long, sharp nails and sharp-edged rings can damage the product.
To make the procedure easier, make sure your legs are dry. Slide the sock evenly over the heel. Do not pull the sock upwards, but distribute the stitches evenly on the leg with gloves. Check from time to time that the sock is positioned correctly on the toe and heel. To protect the seam and the stay-up edge, when putting on the compression stocking, carefully grasp the stitches and not the seam. If necessary, correct the position of the sock by always lifting the stitches with flat hand movements and making sure that they are evenly distributed.
To remove the product, grab the upper edge of the sock with gloves and lower the sock to the heel. Slide the stitches over the heel with flat hand movements.

Product care
Follow the care instructions on the product packaging and/or label. Wash the socks inside the appropriate washing bag.

Warnings
Do not wear medical compression stockings in the following cases:
• advanced peripheral arterial disease (if one of the following parameters applies: ABPI <0.5, ankle blood pressure <60 mmHg, big toe pressure <30 mmHg or TcPO2 <20 mmHg detected on the dorsum of the foot);
• decompensated heart failure (NYHA III + IV),
• septic phlebitis;
• massive deep vein thrombosis (Phlegmasia coerulea dolens).
Relative contraindications requiring a special evaluation of the risk/benefit ratio:
• marked moist dermatitis;
• intolerance to compressive material
• severe sensitivity disorders in the extremities;
• advanced peripheral neuropathy (e.g. in case of diabetes mellitus);
• chronic primary polyarthritis.
In case of inappropriate use, medical compression stockings can cause necrosis and pressure injuries to the peripheral nerves.
In the case of sensitive skin, compressive materials can cause itching, flaking and inflammatory signs, therefore adequate skin treatment is appropriate.
Do not cut any protruding threads inside the sock.
Protect compression stockings from ointments, oils and greases to preserve their life.
Compression stockings should not be worn on open wounds.
Products with hold-up hem: expose skin to air regularly.
Failure to comply with the warnings may compromise the safety and effectiveness of the product.
All serious events occurring in relation to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority.

Store the product at room temperature, in a dry and sheltered place
