Based on the biostimulating action carried out by the active ingredients, the product is indicated in all situations in which a stimulation of the organism's reactive capacities is useful: deficiencies in vitamins of group B, convalescence from surgical interventions or debilitating diseases, anemia, states of immunodepression even in following protracted treatments with antibiotics, pesticides and chemotherapy, paresis and tetany, stress of any origin, pregnancy, vaccination treatments, when it may be useful to positively influence the animal's immune response.
STIMULFOS Pet Line is a highly palatable incompressed formulation thanks to the flavoring action of high quality protein hydrolysates, of animal origin, non-allergenic (average molecular weight less than 1000 Dalton) and thanks to the use of B vitamins in the particular Rocoat protected form, which guarantees high stability and palatability.
In the STIMULFOS Pet Line three classes of components are associated: beta-glucans, phospholipids and vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B6, B12, PP and Calcium Pantothenate).
Beta-glucans belong to a class of biologically active natural compounds, known as BRM (Biological Response Modifiers), capable of positively influencing the efficiency of the animal's immune system. Of great importance for their activity are the origin (which can be vegetable, bacterial, from yeast or fungi, with great qualitative and quantitative and activity differences) and the chemical-physical characteristics (solubility, structure, molecular weight and number of branches). Macrogard Biorigin beta 1,3 / 1,6 glucans are polysaccharides extracted from the cell wall of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae with a particular technique that allows them to be concentrated while maintaining their biological activity intact. The intestine is the organ that has the largest and most pronounced immune activity: following oral intake, beta-glucans are able to interact with specific receptors present on the immune cells of the intestinal mucosa, determining and modulating the production of cytokines, increasing the activity of leukocytes (phagocytic activity) and by stimulating the production of antibodies.
In the STIMULFOS Pet Line there is a specific source of phospholipids rich in phosphatidic acid, derived from soy, characterized by a high bioavailability and purity and obtained with natural enzymatic methods without using chemical extraction methods. Phosphatidic acid is the simplest membrane phospholipid and is also the fundamental intermediate for the synthesis of all the other more specific phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol), priority constituents of cell membranes; as a component of the membranes, phosphatidic acid represents 1-4% of the total cellular phospholipids. Of considerable importance, and discovered only in the last 10 years, is also the activity of phosphatidic acid as a lipid mediator at the cellular level; as such, it mediates and regulates various fundamental biochemical processes involved in cellular vitality, growth and proliferation, as well as in reactions to endogenous hormones and to organic and physiological stresses of all kinds. The contribution of phosphorus per tablet due to the phosphatidic acid (0.5 mg / 10 kg pa) is negligible even compared to the minimum dietary intake of a specific diet for chronic kidney disease (300 mg / 10 kg pa).
STIMULFOS Pet Line contains the B complex vitamins in high concentrations, much higher than the minimum requirements recommended by FEDIAF (Fédérationeuropéenne deindustria des aliments pour animaux familiers); in the STIMULFOSPet Line these vitamins are combined to stimulate cellular metabolism and compensate for conditions of deficiency or increased need in situations of metabolic stress, to keep all the coenzyme systems that use these vitamins intact and efficient. Vitamin B1 is able to act favorably on the system nervous, on myocardium, in situations of stress and intense muscular work. Vitamin B2 intervenes in biological oxidation processes favoring normal cell trophism. Vitamin B6 intervenes in protein metabolism especially in the bone marrow and nervous system, liver and skin. Vitamin B12 enters the constitution of coenzymes essential for cell growth and replication, especially as regards hematopoiesis, the central and peripheral nervous system and the liver. Vitamin PP plays a fundamental role in numerous dioxide-reduction reactions essential for tissue respiration. Pantothenic acid is a cofactor in the enzymatic reactions of the oxidative metabolism of carbohydrates, in the synthesis and degradation of fatty acids, in the synthesis of sterols and steroid hormones. Its deficiency determines signs of neuromuscular degeneration and adrenocortical insufficiency. Finally, in the STIMULFOS Pet Line there is Vitamin E which, thanks to its antioxidant properties, protects the membranes of the body's cells by sequestering free radicals and preventing their propagation.

How to use
One tablet for every 10 kg of the animal's weight once a day.
The daily dose can be doubled depending on the condition of the animal and the opinion of the veterinarian.
To be administered for at least two weeks.
The palatable tablets can be administered directly or chopped into a little food of your choice.
The tablets can be divided into four parts to facilitate weight adjustment: place the tablet on a flat surface with the side with the score lines facing upwards; apply pressure to the center of the compress with your thumb to obtain the division into 4 quarters.
