Polyurethane foam dressing

In the treatment of non-infected wounds, with medium exudate production, during the granulation and re-epithelialization phases.

Characteristics:
primary and sterile hydroactive dressing with and without adhesive edge. The polyurethane hydropolymer, in contact with the wound, adsorbs the exudate, keeping the environment moist. At the same time, it swells and conforms to the wound, promoting healing. thanks to its high absorbency, the patch can remain in contact with the wound for up to 7 days. The dressing is soft and adaptable so it adheres even to exposed surfaces without the need for additional fixings and can also be worn by ambulatory patients without detaching. It is applied like ready-to-use patches.

Components:
an outer layer in semi-permeable polyurethane, equipped with an eudermic polyurethane gel adhesive, a double intermediate layer in non-woven fabric without binding substances and a polyurethane hydropolymer cushion, in direct contact with the wound.
