Tioneural 30 tablets is a supplement based on modified release alpha-lipoic acid with Vitamins B1, B5, B6, B12, this product contributes to the normal synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neuro-transmitters and to the normal functioning of the nervous system; is a gluten and lactose free product.

How is tioneural 30 tablets taken?

In a very simple way, it is recommended to take 1 tablet per day accompanied with a glass of water at low temperature drunk in small sips, preferably just before a main meal.
