Ingrediants

Functional ingredients : Cassia (Cassia angustifolia DEL.) Leaves, Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla L.) flowers, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root.

Auxiliary ingredients of the taste-correcting mixture: Karcadè (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers, Rose (Rosa canina L.) rosehips, Apple (Malus domestica Borkh) fruit pieces, Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis L. var. Dulcis) peels. Aroma: Cherry and Sweet Orange essential oil.

How to use

it is advisable to take a cup of herbal tea in the evening when needed. Pour the water brought to a temperature of 70-80 ° C (about 200 ml) into a cup containing 3 grams of the mixture (a level kitchen spoon), taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more volatile substances, leave infuse for 7-8 minutes and filter. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
