Alce Nero tomato sauce with legumes is produced with organic tomatoes grown in Italy and harvested at the right degree of ripeness, combined with chickpeas and lentils. In addition apple puree to make the taste pleasant for the little ones. The tomato sauce with legumes is produced in our factory certified for the production of baby food.

The tomatoes are washed, selected and removed from the skin by means of steam; only later are they shredded, pureed and concentrated to obtain the puree to which we add the legumes and our apple puree.

Method of conservation
