ACTIVE PRINCIPLES

• FORSKOLINA: The active ingredient extracted from Coleus Forskohlii. Forskolin works by increasing the intracellular concentration of an enzyme called adenylate cyclase which produces a biological substance called CYCLIC AMP (cAMP) which results in an increase in lipid metabolism (lipolysis).
• ESCIN: A vegetable compound that is obtained from the mixture of saponins contained in the seeds, bark and leaves of the horse chestnut. There are several properties attributed to aescin. This substance, also contained in some medicinal preparations, is able to increase the resistance and decrease the permeability of the capillaries (anti-edema action): for this characteristic it is used in the treatment of various types of edema, in case of varicose veins and hemorrhoids, bruises and bruises and capillary fragility. In general, it can be helpful in the presence of swelling and heaviness in the lower limbs. Since it is able to increase the tone of the blood vessel walls and promote the contractility of the veins, reducing the stagnation of blood in the lower limbs and facilitating the return of blood to the heart, this substance can also be taken in case of peripheral venous insufficiency. Aescin also has anti-inflammatory properties.
• CAFFEINE: An alkaloid and is part of the methylxanthine family. It promotes the increase of cyclic AMP in the adipocytes and therefore the activation of lipases. Caffeine therefore has lipolytic properties and promotes the drainage of stagnant liquids.

• HORSE CHESTNUT: Thanks to the set of activities exerted by the aescin, contained in the horse chestnut towards the capillaries and veins, the use of the plant is a valid aid for the treatment of all those disorders characterized by venous insufficiency and its symptoms associated, such as swelling, heaviness, pain and itching.
• RED VINE: It is obtained from the leaves of Vitis Vinifera. It is chemically made up of flavonoids such as rutin and quercetin and anthocyanosides responsible for the angioprotective activity which results in a decrease in capillary permeability and an increase in their resistance.
• BLUEBERRY BERRIES: Antioxidants, reduce the permeability of capillaries and strengthen the structure of the connective tissue, which supports blood vessels, improving their elasticity and tone. The principles contained in the phytocomplex confer capillary protective properties, making them particularly suitable for the treatment of circulatory disorders, especially of venous origin and in all cases of capillary fragility.
