How to use
BLUE sachet: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water at least half an hour before training or playing. To improve physical recovery, take one sachet after physical activity.
WHITE sachet: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a 500ml bottle. During an intense workout or a prolonged game, take 500ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly at intervals of 15 minutes and in small sips.
