Totargin is a food supplement adjuvant to the physical and mental recovery of tired and fatigued patients with sexual deficiencies or also for athletes who need a strong energy supply.
What are the key components of this product
Arginine Amino acid essential in pediatric age, that is it must be taken through food as the body is not able to synthesize it; in adults it is synthesized in the urea cycle. Arginine is also indicated in states of weakness and physical fatigue; it is essential, in fact, for the muscle to produce creatine and phosphocreatine which are used in muscle contraction.
Vitamin E Represents the main antioxidant factor present in the cell membrane. Thanks to its antioxidant action it is able to protect cells from the mutagenic effect of free radicals.
Folic Acid It helps in the absorption of iron itself and promotes the synthesis of red blood cells. Indicated in the prevention of some congenital defects; decreases the risk of neural tube defects and possibly other congenital malformations.

How to take totargin supplement
In a very practical and fast way, it is recommended to take 1 sachet per day to be taken before meals for a period of not less than 5/6 months, accompanied by a pod of still water at room temperature drunk in small sips.
Warnings and Contraindications for Totargin
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
