• Serenoa repens or Saw palmetto: is a small palm that grows in North America and in some Mediterranean areas. The phytosterols or beta-sitosterols of the extract counteract hair loss and promote hair regrowth. In fact, they reduce the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) mediated by the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme, without disturbing the general hormonal balance.
• Millet: a cereal rich in amino acids, vitamins of group B, A and minerals, it nourishes the hair follicle, nails and epidermis, promoting their health and beauty.
• Annurca apple: contains high amounts of polyphenols, especially procyanidins, which have been shown to stimulate hair regrowth and trophism with an increase in density, size and keratin content. It also has an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
• Soy : contains isoflavones which exhibit an estrogen-like action and inhibit 5α-reductase. Helps rebalance and function of the hair.

For maximum daily dose: serenoa fruits (Serenoa repens) eg 500 mg tit. 25% fatty acids, soy seeds (Glycine max) eg 200 mg tit. 40% isoflavones, annurca apple fruit (Malus domestica) eg 100 mg, millet fruits (Panicum miliaceum) eg 100 mg. Vegetable gelatin capsules.

2 capsules per day are recommended.
