They are very practical because they can be taken anywhere for a quick well-being.

Indications

Terminalia bellirica and Terminalia chebula promote the regular functionality of intestinal transit.

Ingrediants

Triphala (Phyllanthus emblica L., Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb., Terminalia chebula Retz., Dextrin) fruits extr. dry (1: 1: 1) tit. 40% in tannins 50%; Stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), calcium carbonate; Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids of vegetable origin, silicon dioxide.

How to use

Take 1 tablet two or three times a day.

Content of characterizing ingredients per maximum daily dose (3 tablets)

Triphala 1500 mg, supply of tannins 600 mg.

The dosages, indicated pursuant to art. 6 DL 169/2004, are intended as average values.

Applications described in literature and traditional uses:
In Ayurvedic medicine, which identifies the key to health and longevity in the regularity of digestive processes, Triphala is considered a rasayana, that is, a tonic tonic and a rejuvenator for the body as a whole. Its pre-eminent activity is the invigorating and protective one of the entire digestive system, starting from the mouth, esophagus and stomach, up to the entire intestinal tract, simultaneously affecting the collateral organs, such as the liver and pancreas. Promotes the balance of the microbiota and mucous membranes of the oral cavity, stomach and intestine. Useful for promoting complete and effective digestion and assimilation of nutrients and can be considered a valid remedy for the protection of epithelia, mucous membranes and as a regulator of metabolic and energy functions.

Possible side effects or interactions

Not highlighted. Safely contraindicated in pregnancy. In ayurveda it is contraindicated in pregnancy and in the presence of acute dysentery.
