Jamieson Triple Action Magnesium contains inorganic magnesium (magnesium oxide) and two sources of organic magnesium, magnesium gluconate and magnesium lactate.

Magnesium deficiencies can cause fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, cramps and muscle twitches. Excellent intake of magnesium the week before the menstrual cycle to help counteract the typical symptoms that occur in the days preceding it.

Magnesium oxide, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium gluconate, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dye: titanium dioxide, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium lactate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose. GLUTEN FREE.

METHOD OF USE

Take 1 tablet a day, preferably with the main meal.
