Description
Food supplement of melatonin, tryptophan, vitamin B6 with organically grown chamomile extract. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin (present in 0.5 ml of product). Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Chamomile intervenes on relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers e.g., aroma, melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickener: dixanthan gum.

Gluten free and naturally lactose free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml orally, once a day, in the evening just before going to bed, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
Shake well before use.
The product can be taken, using the appropriate graduated pipette, as is or diluted in water. Close carefully after each use with the dropper cap.

For the use of the dental product, consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Any slight variations in color and the formation of precipitates, which can be suspended by shaking, are linked to the normal variability of the natural ingredients and are not an indication of an alteration in the quality of the product.
