TriRelax® Spray Farmac-Zabban Food Supplement Of Melatonin
Melatonin taken at a dose of 1 mg just before bedtime, contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; moreover, melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet-lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking it shortly before going to bed, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

How to use it
