S9 Eryngium

This preparation is useful for the treatment of bronchial forms, for spasmodic cough, for dry cough and for inflammation of the respiratory tract.
HEDERA HELIX due to the presence of saponins has an expectorant and balsamic action in bronchial forms and a sedative action on cough. IVY is useful in the presence of convulsive coughs, bronchitis and chronic catarrhal syndromes on an inflammatory basis.
THYMUS VULGARIS with antiseptic, expectorant and mucolytic action in respiratory affections; it has an antitussive and spasmolytic action that takes place at the level of bronchial spasm making this preparation very effective in acute and chronic forms of bronchitis and in catarrhal forms. The presence of thymol determines an antibacterial action.
ALTHAEA OFFICINALIS has an emollient and anti-inflammatory action thanks to the presence of mucilage (25%) as well as Plantago major (mucilage 6.5%).
DROSERA ROTUNDIFOLIA with bronchiolytic and bechica activity which makes the preparation very useful in bronchitis with spasm, therefore asthmatic or allergic bronchitis thanks to the presence of naphthoquinones with spasmolytic activity on smooth muscle fibers and antibacterial properties. Plumbagin (2-methyl-5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone) inhibits the growth of gram + (Streptococci, staphylococci, pneumococci) and some gram - (salmonellae).
ERYNGIUM CAMPESTRE always with spasmolytic action on irritative cough thanks to the presence of saponins.

Ingrediants:
Alcohol, Water, extracts of: IVY (HEdera helix L.) leaves, THYME (Thymus vulgaris L.) aerial part, ALTEA (Althaea officinalis L.) root, PLANTS (Plantago major L.) flowering plant, DROSERA (Drosera rotundifolia L .) flowering plant, CARDO STELLATO (Eryngium campestre L.) plant.

Dosage:
30 drops 3 times a day, in half a glass of water, 10 minutes before meals.

Content per daily dose:
90 drops make available Ivy 75 mg, Thyme 66 mg, Altea 22 mg, Plantain 13 mg, Drosera 9 mg, Star thistle 2 mg.

AFFECTION OF BRONCHI: Internal use:
Tus-Herb® (S9 Eryngium): 25-30 drops in water 3 times a day after meals. Propol Mix 1® * or Propol Mix 2®: 70-90 drops in water per day in several administrations from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 10. * Contraindicated in case of ulcer, gastritis, arterial hypertension and insomnia.
Prepared with Scots Pine **: 1 tablespoon 4 times a day after meals. ** Contraindicated in case of ulcer and gastritis. Iceland Lichen Preparation: as an alternative to the Pine Sylvester Preparation in the same way after meals. External use: Pack with Laurel.
