Description
Medical device for inhalation use consisting of a hypertonic solution based on hyaluronic acid combined with extracts of lemon balm, perilla and wild thyme.
TUSSODEP AEROSOL is a sterile, preservative-free and ready-to-use solution, indicated to counteract the symptoms resulting from alterations in the trophism of the respiratory epithelium (cough, rhinorrhea, pain) typical of flu syndromes but also linked to allergens. Underlying these conditions is a reduction in normal mucosal hydration and a consequent reduction in mucociliary clearance. This causes a vicious cycle that can lead to airway obstruction and susceptibility to viral and bacterial infections. Therefore the nebulisation of moisturizing substances, such as hyaluronic acid, is the correct therapeutic approach which restores the level of hydration, giving relief to the irritated mucous membrane. The hypertonic solution allows the fluidification and removal of the mucus.
The selected plant extracts perform an antioxidant and soothing action, contributing to the restoration of the physiological balance of the respiratory mucous membranes. The nebulization of TUSSODEP AEROSOL is also excellent for cleaning the nasal cavities and upper respiratory tracts.
How to use
Nebulize a 3 ml vial one to two times a day or according to medical prescription, without diluting it. The product can be used with all types of aerosol devices (piston, ultrasound).
Components
Dry extract of Melissa officinalis (titrated in rosmarinic acid >12%), dry extract of Perilla frutescens (titrated in polyphenols >2.5%), dry extract of Thymusserpyllum, hyaluronic acid, sodium chloride 2%, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, maltodextrin, anhydrous colloidal silica, purified water qs 100 ml.
Warnings
