What is Barilife® bidodici cinquemila and what is it for?

Barilife® bidodici cinquemila is the supplement containing vitamin B12 in the dosage of 5000 mcg, ideal in case of severe vitamin B12 deficiency

What does Barilife® bidodici five thousand contain?

Barilife® bidodici cinquemila contains 5000 mcg of vitamin B12 present as cyanocobalamin, precursor of the two active metabolites of vitamin B12; the presence of the two metabolites of vitamin B12 ensures the complete satisfaction of the metabolic pathways in which the vitamin is involved (metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and amino acids, synthesis of myelin and red blood cells).

How to take Barilife® bidodici five thousand

Place 1 tablet of Barilife® bidodici five thousand under the tongue and wait until completely absorbed (about 30 seconds). Do not swallow.

Take 1 sublingual tablet per week or as directed by your doctor.

Barilife® bidodici cinquemila cannot be used as the sole source of nourishment.

If you take more tablets of Barilife® bidodici five thousand than you should, consult your doctor, although there is no risk of overdose: excess vitamin B12 is normally excreted in the urine.

How to store Barilife® bidodici five thousand

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Store in the original packaging.
Keep out of reach of children.

Side effects

There are no data and cases documenting toxicity linked to the compounds present in Barilife® bidodici five thousand. In extremely rare cases, skin rashes and diarrhea can occur.

Contraindications

The intake of Barilife® bidodici five thousand is not recommended in patients who have undergone angioplasty.

Amount

1 tablet to dissolve under the tongue once a week in cases where the levels of vitamin B12 are very low.
Start with 2 months of intake: if the levels of vitamin B12 are no longer very low from the blood tests, you can continue the treatment with Barilife® bidodici mille: 1 tablet to dissolve under the tongue for at least 4 months.

Put the tablet under your tongue and wait for it to dissolve completely: it will take about 30 seconds.
