How to use
According to the doctor's prescription, taking into account the age, body weight and clinical condition of the subject.
TYR medigel can be taken both as a gel and as a drink.
To obtain a gel: pour the contents of a TYR medigel sachet into a glass; if desired, flavor as desired; add about 30 ml of cold water; mix well for about 10 seconds; to obtain a creamy gel: let it rest for about 2 minutes.
To obtain a drink: Pour the contents of a TYR medigel sachet into a glass; if desired, flavor to taste; add about 80 ml of cold water; mix well for about 10 seconds; drink immediately.
Reconstituted TYR medigel can be taken as is with a teaspoon or mixed with other permitted foods. For best results, when possible, TYR medigel should be prepared and consumed immediately. If necessary, the reconstituted and unused product can be stored 24 hours in the refrigerator and stirred well before use.
The powder contained in an envelope, once opened, should be entirely consumed. Any excess should be kept refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
Warnings
TYR medigel should be used under medical supervision by individuals with proven thyrosinemia.
TYR medigel cannot be used as the sole power source. Keep out of reach of children.
