Food supplement E, B6, calcium, magnesium, zinc, useful for filling food deficiencies or increased organic needs of these nutrients. With methionine etribulus terrestris. Calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of correct muscle functions, zinc and vitamin B6 support protein synthesis.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, tribulus terrestris L. (fruit) dry extract, magnesium carbonate, tribasic calcium phosphate, L-methionine, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, zinc citrate with vitamin E (Dlalpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B6 ( pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
We recommend 4 tablets a day, preferably in the morning or one hour before training.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation, under 14 years of age, in case of liver and kidney disease or in any case for prolonged periods without hearing the opinion of the doctor.
