Uchida Rice Malt La Finestra sul Cielo - Wholemeal
Japanese rice malt. For the preparation, add a little steamed ariso sprouted barley and let it ferment. The liquid naturally rich in sugary substances is then cooked and concentrated. Ideal for spreading on bread, rusks or puffed rice cakes or for the preparation of creams, desserts and cakes.
