INGREDIANTS
Maltodextrin, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, corn oil, palm oil, sunflower oil), emulsifiers: E472c and soy lecithin, antioxidants: E304 and E306. Gluten free, lactose free.

DESCRIPTION AND INDICATIONS
ULK CarboLip is a powder form based on maltodextrin and fats, indicated for the dietary management of malnutrition in patients who need a modulation or supplement of the dietary energy intake with carbohydrate and fat sources. Free of protein. To be used for probe / PEG or orally, suitable for dysphagia patients. The ratio of linoleic to α-linolenic acid (ω-6: ω-3) is 5: 1.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Use under medical supervision. It should not be used as the sole source of nutrition. Suitable for enteral feeding (with probe or PEG). Not for parenteral use.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE
ULK CarboLip is used to increase the carbohydrate and lipid content. The daily amount must be included in a dietary plan according to the patient's energy needs. It is ideal to take the daily amount spread over several meals. ULK CarboLip has no thickening properties, is easily soluble and can be added to all foods (eg creams, muesli, baby food, soups and purees) and drinks, neutral taste. Food and drinks must always be freshly prepared.
Example for use (standard dilution): add 20 g of ULK CarboLip to 100 ml of drinking water.

STORAGE METHOD
Keep in a cold and dry place. Close tightly after use. Once opened, the content must be used within 14 days.
