Food supplement for athletes, in powder based on glutaminapeptide.
Promotes muscle recovery.

Ingrediants
Glutamine peptide (from hydrolyzed wheat proteins); calcium phosphate; argininealpha-keto-glutarate; magnesium stearate; talc; vitamin B6; vitamin B2.

How to use
Mix 3.6 g (equivalent to 2 large teaspoons) in water or your favorite beverage per day.
The glutamine peptide dissolves slowly. It is advisable to use a blender, or to shake vigorously for several seconds in a shaker with another favorite liquid, or to initially dissolve it in a little hot water, stirring with a spoon for a minute and then add more cold water.

Do not exceed the indicated doses.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
The product must be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
In case of prolonged use (over 6 - 8 weeks), the doctor's opinion is required.
