How to use
1. Put a 40 g serving of product (about 4 tablespoons) in a shaker.
2. Add 60 g of water, skim milk or soy milk.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Pour into a container and leave to freeze in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Warnings
Contains polyols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
