Food supplement that contains pure maltodextrins. Compared to common glucose sources, maltodextrins are more soluble and digestible and are also absorbed more gradually. Useful as an energy source before a service. After the performance they help to recover by rebuilding the glycogen stores (which after an intense effort are lowered by up to 95%).
It does not contain gluten.

How to use
Take from 50 to 80 g depending on body weight and physical effort, dissolved in water; 20-30 minutes before and during the performance.
