Description
Mix for pancakes and waffles high in protein and fibre, with gluten-free oatmeal which has a low glycemic index and provides long-term energy.
Enriched with vitamins B2 and B6 which contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Mix of proteins (concentrated and microfiltered whey proteins, isolated soy proteins, egg whites, instant milk caseins from ultrafiltration), gluten-free oat flour, inulin, coconut (8%), cocoa butter; raising agents: monopotassium tartrate E336 i, disodium hydrogen carbonate E 500 ii, corn starch; flavourings; thickener: xanthan gum; Himalayan salt; sweetener: sucralose; riboflavin (vit B2), pyridoxine HCl (vitB6).

Gluten free.

Instructions for use
Mix 30 g of product (about 3 tablespoons) well with 45 ml of water, until you obtain a homogeneous batter. If you use a different quantity of powder, use 1.5 ml of water for every g of powder.
Grease a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the batter into the non-stick pan and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden.
The quantity of 30 g is enough for a couple of small pancakes or one large one (recommended).

Store in a cool, dry place and at room temperature.
